What is Sanzman?
It is a private limited company whose mission is to provide change solutions to small businesses in need of independent support or guidance. The name is a creole derivative of the French word for change.

Richard has a wealth of practical experience gained over many years working with a blue chip global financial organisation. With his ‘change’ mindset, he has delivered solutions for Technical innovation, Operational efficiency and People change to satisfy many different requirements worldwide.
Analysing Problems, devising Solutions and implementing Change all have similar traits whatever size and type of business. The key, however, is insight, adaptability, a willingness to listen with an open mind and working with you to ensure targets are met. This is what we do……..
Initially, we will undertake a no frills, no catches business review with open and practical recommendations to address issues/problems or simply to develop/expedite growth and maximise potential. Thereafter, we will work together on an ‘as required’ basis which will normally be at least once a month in order to ensure targets and deliverables are achieved.
Richard Williams

Richard has over 20 years’ experience as a Programme Director in Financial Services delivering strategic change initiatives in a global environment.
With board-level experience, he has a proven track record for leadership of complex programmes and being able/willing to take the hard decisions. He has also been very successful in building project teams and developing/mentoring talent.
Having now worked with many small businesses over the last 8 years, I have seen all the different challenges they face from having to create a business plan, to help raise some money, through to honing their marketing message and guiding them.
My strength lies in my practical expertise, thought leadership and absolute focus on delivery.
I don’t tell you what to do – rather I listen and help guide you to where you want to get to. Working together in partnership, we will develop a dynamic, results driven, action plan that will exploit the potential of your business focussed on addressing the key issues affecting its performance.
